We got a late start thanks to class, but we decided to head up to Edmond, OK anyway. We just missed the tornado that touched down in Edmond but got to see the aftermath. Several roads were closed and we could see the direct path that the tornado took. Many trees were toppled and branches covered the road. We also saw a fence that was broke and thrown onto the other side of the road. We didn’t really go out expecting to see anything, especially seeing as late as we left, but we just wanted to chase! We didn’t see anything else and ended driving 180 miles in 5 hours.
